Founder’s Background

E.M.A.S. is led by Elissa Aravidou, a multi-talented artist wearing many hats — actress, writer, movement director — with extensive work in Greece and Austria. For over 15 years, she has lived and worked in London’s theatre, sports, and yoga industries, expanding her educational background into Forest School and child-led pedagogy. Elissa’s experience, creativity, and passion for the arts are the driving forces behind the studio’s unique approach.
